The trust gives approximately £15,000 per year to: support Christian churches and missions, both in Great Britain and elsewhere and in particular but not exclusively for the benefit and support of St Nicholas Congregational Church, Aberdeen advance and develop religious education and music advance and develop education for both children and adults support projects which encourage and promote work for young people support welfare of the elderly, the weak and the infirm support and encourage scientific research into disease and physical and mental disability relieve poverty and the effects of natural disasters in any part of the world pay pensions to retired ministers and for such other similar charitable purposes as the Trustees may in their absolute discretion decide.
