Aims to transform the degraded landscape of the central belt to provide social and economic benefits. It leads the most ambitious environmental improvement project in Scotland - the creation of the Central Scotland Forest. By creating woodlands and upgrading landscapes, quality of life is dramatically improved. Many more projects could be carried out if only CSFT had the money for them. For every £1,000, CSFT can plant 1,000 trees or lay 50 metres of footpath!
